It's true, these look much better in person. The leather is gorgeous, inside and out. I was looking for a boot on the casual/rustic side, that could be dressed up. I was a little worried that they wouldn't be quite feminine enough, but they are perfect for jeans, skirts, and dresses. One of the ankle straps was missing, but I like the boots without, so I took the other one off. My one and only issue, a shoe horn is an absolute must for getting them on (and I have narrow feet, ankles, and calves). October 24, 2012

I LOVE these boots. They are much better looking in person than in the photo on this site. I bought them in the store but think if I had seen them on this website I would have passed them over. The fit is great. I have small to average size calves and hate it when boots do not fit snugly around them. These fit very well with enough room to tuck in your pants/jeans. They are casual but much more polished looking than in the photo. The leather is a very supple and soft suede and the hardware and construction is of good quality. Overall they are very comfortable.
