I purchased this as a gift for my mom and should have inspected it more closely prior to giving it to her. After she opened it I noticed that the whipstiching had torn in one place. Because the leather was so soft I thought that even after exchanging it, the delicate construction of the bag might result in the same problem. The bag was lovely, but it definitely would not hold up well or for very long. June 22, 2012
