The coat is as expected in terms of utility, which is what I was seeking as I live in Chicago and need something warm and waterproof for the chilly wet days of winter. The tabs that are used to lock in place the interior cord for cinching the waist don't work, but I'm not going to return it for that reason. A hood, front zip, 4 pockets, and knit cuffs are too hard to find all in one coat, and at a bargain price! December 8, 2012

I ordered this coat and could not really tell by looking if it was really going to be warm. I received my coat last evening and when I took it from the well packed box, it was perfect! I wore it this morning to stand in mine 30 minutes before the polls opened in MD in 37 degree weather and was toasty for sure! The hood is yummy and the coat is quality through and through!
