The elsatic on the sides prevents 'walking' out of the shoe, but it is tight in the toebox for a 10B and the heel seam is stiff and rubs on the back of my heels. However, they are leather inside and out and may stretch to fit like a true ballerina shoe does. Wait and see, wear them while I work at the computer and see if the baby toe finds room for it.
