This bag is large, like a valise or brief except that it is soft sided - no structure. But the side zipper is large enough for paperwork, but a narrow opening. An excellent buy at this price point. I tested the suede on a pink cotton knit shirt and it doesn't shed like so much of black suede does. When empty it is a little heavy, and collapses softly. But I would be hard pressed to call it a hobo. It is really a brief, without structure. Not designed to handle a tablet or laptop. March 21, 2013
