Love this bag! It can be dressed up or down. I'm happy it doesn't have a shoulder strap because that would make it look less dressy. As for fitting on the shoulder, it doesn't fit on my shoulder over a coat, but it does when I'm wearing a business suit or dress, which is fine with me. February 9, 2013
Bag was not what I expected so I immediately sent it back. Quality was less than I hoped but more importantly straps were too short to be placed on my shoulder which for me is mandatory. October 31, 2012
