I recently discovered this brand and absolute love it. The cut of Black Halo dresses are classic however, you must go up a size. I am normally a size 4 and for this brand I wear an 8. I love the Jackie O styles. This dress makes me feel feminine and sexy.

Fits small. Love fabric and colors. Will order it in a size 2 and see how it will fit.
I would say that this dress is for PETIT women not for regular height (I'm 5'6" tall - it's regular). Waist-line on the dress located between two middle blocks. My real waist line located somewhere in a middle of the bottom waist-block... for that reason I have extra fabric on my waist.
It's easy alteration, but still you need to be quite petite for this dress to fit perfectly.

After admiring this dress for a month and needing some dinner clothes for a upcoming cruise, I purchased this gorgeous dress. Just like another review, I rarely wear prints. The dress is true to size and is very flattering front / back. The texture of the fabric is a smooth semi matte cotton. The detail seams around the waist are flattering and understated.

I found this dress fits true to size. For months I stared at this dress on this website and couldn't decide to buy. One reason being I don't usually go for patterns, but I stepped outside the box and so glad I did. It's not your regular "go to" dress, but it has quickly become mine. Not only because of how nice it is made & how well it fits, but because of the pattern and how different it is. I saw where one reviewer wore it to a wedding- I wore it to a funeral! (Accompanied with a cropped black leather jacket). Had a lot of compliments on it there as well, believe it or not!

Runs small. I ususally wear size 4, but, thankfully, bought size 6 of this and it sits perfectly. No need to adjust anywhere. Picture is very true. Fabric is very nice. Very bright and vibrant dress. I plan to wear it to a New Year party. The make is very high quality. I plan on buying another Black Halo dress.

I really like te fabric, look/style, and pattern but had to return the dress because it was too small. I recommend going one size up b/c this item is base on Neimans modern size guide and not the classic size guide, which is designed for more true-to-size fitting.

Absolutely the most comfortable and beautiful dress ever! It is true to size and fits like a glove!!!! I wore it to a wedding and had heads turn in every direction! Well worth every single penny! You can never ever go wrong with this dress! It classy and sexy both at the same time. I am looking forward in buying more black halo dresses in the future!!!
