I live in South Africa and order sale items twice a year as you are one season ahead of us. These boots are simply perfect as my statement purchase this winter is a pair of soft cork slacks. The colour is perfect as I needed to break the "cork statement" a tad. I always order one size larger than usual; you can add an inner sole, but if the shoe is too small it's a nightmare and it doesn't pay for me to return them, being so far away. This shoe is on the small side, so this larger size is perfect. I ordered a size 7 I have narrow feet so are perfect for me; be careful if you struggle generally with Italian shoes as they are normally more narrow. The mixed suede/patent also adds a very interesting dimension of a potentially "dull" colour shoe.... I see it as a ladylike version of the "bondage S&M" fad going on.... April 13, 2013

These are beautiful boots. They fit differently in that they kind of feel like you're standing on your tiptoes and propel you up and forward. Hard to describe, The back of boot literally hits the back of ankle b/c the opening is so wide and doesn't fit snugly like most boots and that's bothersome. They fit true to size and even feel comfortable sole wise. Seems like they'd be comfortable for a little while or if you sit a lot. Walking/standing might be a bit annoying after a while. All said, they really are gorgeous. BTW, the heel itself is suede so will need to be careful where you walk. December 22, 2012

I've been looking for a pair of nude color shoes for some time. I really like the color and mix of patent leather and suede. The quality was pretty good, but they run small. I usually buy size 6, so I ordered my regular size and they felt very tight. November 13, 2012
