I had to return it. It wasn't well crafted; the leather was of sub par quality. For the price, I expected much better leather. The most disappointing aspect of the bag is that it doesn't hang correctly. The strap is too short for the design; therefore, once it's on your shoulder it bunches up and hangs rather sloppily. I wouldn't recommend this item...the quality is very poor and the craftsmanship is terrible. October 15, 2012
A bit of yin and yang...larger then I expected and the phone pocket is too small, but love that is so soft and unstructured. Overall very happy with the bag. October 13, 2012
The Kamali Snake-Print Crossbody Bag was surely a surprise. I did not know the bag could extend by unzipping the outer portions. Then you have surprised with a wonderful suede bottom and the bag could be used as an over night bag. I am happy that this item was purchased. October 8, 2012
