I love the look of this bag, BUT the zipper is a problem. The leather is so soft, a big plus, but the zipper starts and ends halfway down each side of the bag. So, every time I need to get in my bag, I have to hold the top corner in order to start the zipper and sometimes it still doesn't work out :( It looks great, but it's hard to get in and out of.
