Disappointing in person. Smaller than I thought, looks a little silly as a day bag. Cheap-looking material, not like embossed leather as described. There's not enough texturing to the pattern. It's going back, sorry to say. February 20, 2013

Firstly, I want to say that the Customer Service department was wonderful when I called to return this purse. After opening the box, (quite impressive by the way), I attempted to open up the purse. The hardware for the clasp fell off on one side, not to be re-screwed.. Overall, the design of the bag is cool BUT, the O- rings that attached the handles were not infinite, and if this is real leather it must be the least expensive lot. It smelled like plastic and looked that way. I was SO disappointed. January 25, 2013

I purchased a bag today as a gift for my wife. I stopped in to the Last Call store in Gurnee Mills after running all over town and have a very bad day and needed to find the last thing on my list. I found the purse and wasn't in the best of mood but when step in the line and Raechal and Alesia began to rang my up everything changed. Their cheerful and bright attitude made me smile and even laugh. THEY MADE MY DAY! My drive home was pleasant and evening was just as great after their great service. I bought this bag in blue at the Last Call store in Orange, CA. It's stunning. I had my eyes on it from the moment I walked into the store and couldn't leave without it. The bag literally looks like a million! The bag is better looking than a more pricey Louis Vuitton in my opinion, and the quality is A+. You can carry it as a handbag or use the shoulder strap for extra carry ease. There is lots of room inside for essentials, there are 3 separate compartments/dividers plus cell phone pocket and pocket for business card/lipsticks. Great buy! December 15, 2012

Great size - not huge, but big enough to hold all essentials. I like having an outside zip pocket for my cell phone. Three compartments make it easy to separate makeup, wallet and checkbook, and "papers" (receipts, notes, etc.). It's very understated and classic in design, so good for professionals. The handles are substantial, but I do use the shoulder strap which could be thicker. My only complaint is that the pinch-type openers could work more smoothly - perhaps if they were bigger. Easy to close, a bit harder to open. However, I would definately purchase again, I like the style, and the functionality. December 8, 2012
