This Chetta B. dress is a winner. Lightweight fabric and the print does not overwhelm. I wear petite sizes and this dress is a size 4 regular and the proportions are little big on me. The skirt poofs-out more than I want it to, so it needs some alterations that will cost more than the purchase price. I am undecided about returning the dress. January 19, 2013
