About Dolce Vita:
Dolce Vita was created by two aspiring shoe designers, Nick Lucio and Van Lamprou, in 2000. Before Dolce Vita, Van worked as a Buyer and Nick worked as a salesperson for a major national retailer. They wanted to take their passion for footwear to another level, so they took all their profit sharing and sold everything they owned to enroll in a Milan shoe school. After two years of designing for other companies, they realized they wanted to start their own brand of high-quality women's footwear, and thus, Dolce Vita was born. Dolce Vita channels its "sweet life" philosophy through a collection that is effortlessly stylish and flirty. Designed with a relaxed, modern trendsetter in mind, the Dolce Vita shoe line has become a contemporary favorite on both coasts.

This is a VERY SHARP BOOT and I love them BUT...not sure the quality is worth it. I first saw these babies in San Fran, on vacation 2011, and had to hunt them down in Atlanta. No such luck, I had to order them. Once I received them I was in love all over again BUT... they were hard to get into at first then they loosened up. Now when I wear them they squeak and the heel makes a flapping sound. You would think I wear them all the time but I can count on both hands how many times I've worn them. I thought it was me but I had someone else to try them on and the same thing. I want to keep them but not sure I want to walk around listening to me squeaking as I walk around. Can a girl find a pair that doesn't squeak? February 15, 2013
Saw these in the store after looking past them on-line...OMG, so much sexier in person and even more so once you put these on! Perfect with skinny anything...jeans, leaggings, leathers, cords, etc...I've worn them 3 days this past week with no problems; the platform is the perfect offset to the high-heel....cuz these puppies are high! This is a good looking boot! I purchased this shoe to wear with one particular outfit and found that it works well with leggings, skinny jeans, dresses and skirts. This is a pull-on style which can be challenging but this shoe goes on easily and comes off with just a few tugs. I did have some of the black dye rub off around my ankles the first time wearing but no biggie. Overall comfortable boot but not heavily padded so would not recommend wearing for more than a few hours. September 28, 2012
