About Dolce Vita:
Dolce Vita was created by two aspiring shoe designers, Nick Lucio and Van Lamprou, in 2000. Before Dolce Vita, Van worked as a Buyer and Nick worked as a salesperson for a major national retailer. They wanted to take their passion for footwear to another level, so they took all their profit sharing and sold everything they owned to enroll in a Milan shoe school. After two years of designing for other companies, they realized they wanted to start their own brand of high-quality women's footwear, and thus, Dolce Vita was born. Dolce Vita channels its "sweet life" philosophy through a collection that is effortlessly stylish and flirty. Designed with a relaxed, modern trendsetter in mind, the Dolce Vita shoe line has become a contemporary favorite on both coasts.

love love love these platform pumps, they are sky high and fabulous. I tried them on in the store in leather, I had to go up to an 8.5, but that was fine. I ended up getting them online in suede and they are just as gorgeous. They're surprisingly easy to walk in. I think they're goign to take a few wears to get broken in nice and good, but very satisfied with the style, price and fit. October 21, 2012
