This is a great looking shoe that is very comfortably cushioned. This comfort was a great surprise since I hoof around NYC most of the time I have these on. I purchased another pair in a different color and wear them quite a bit more than I expected to because I like them so much. The stitching came undone on the black pair during a business trip which caused me some frustration and disappointment, however the NM team is replacing the pair and my hope is that the issue was an anomaly.
