Love these boots. Have wanted classic riding boots for several seasons--these are perfect! Good height, not totally flat -- great for those of us with high arches... Work well with skinny jeans or with leggings. Fit is slightly narrow -- which I appreciate so the boots are not clunky; fit is maybe very slightly smaller than a typical Pliner cowboy boot. Great purchase, very inexpensive. Will duplicate in chocolate brown. March 2, 2013

I've worn the same shoe size forever.. I couldn't even get my foot into the boot. It was unbelivable how bad the sizing was and it even looked small. Please note, Im 5'4" and size 6 in clothing so I rarely have trouble with fit. Huge disappointment February 13, 2013

Boot quality was not as expected. I have a similar style (lower price,too) Via Spiga boot that is much higher quality, with a lovely leather lining. The NM lastcall discount price was good, but these boots certainly were not up to their original price. In addition, they ran quite small. I measure an 8.5, but usually wear a nine in boots. This boot in a nine was too small for me and for a friend who has very narrow feet. I will be returning them. January 20, 2013

I love my new boots! The upper leather is soft and does not rub my legs. The rubber sole is perfect for me to wear when I show houses in the wet and snowy weather. It fits my narrow foot with out riding up and down. I was happy to find my favorite shoe deigner had a flat boot that was good for my work. It was great to see other reveiws that it fit narrow. That was just what I needed to know to place my order. As a person with a narrow foot, it is hard to order online when medium is the standard size. January 19, 2013

I ordered these boots because other reviewers mentioned that they worked for slim calves. They worked great -- jens tucked in just fine and the boots did not at all look too big in the calf. Also, I felt that they ran true to size in the foot -- not narrow as other reviewers mentioned. They are beatiful. The only reason I didn't keep them was because I preferred the other pair I ordered a bit more. January 9, 2013
