Has little to no support. I wondered how a shoe retailing for $198 could have, what felt like, essentially a piece of cardboard for the sole and support of it. Weird. Donald Pliner is usually notorious for a beautiful (which the shoe IS beautiful) AND comfortable shoe. Sorry....gonna have to send this one back. April 14, 2013
Love the shoe but I had to reorder it three times to get the right size. I ALWAYS wear a 9N in DP but I had to go up to a 9.5 regular width. February 16, 2013
I am a standard size 9 and have ordered these in 9 and 9.5..they run short one full size for me. A 10 is a perfect fit. I love them! Very comfortable and good looking with casual dress and slacks. My foot runs slightly narrow --to medium and the heel is a nice comfy hug. no slippage even one size up January 27, 2013
These shoes run very small - 1/2 to 1 size smaller than Donald Pliner normally runs. I would have had to return them if it were not for the fact that my daughter has smaller feet - so she got the shoes. They are cute but definitely delicate - to be worn indoors - almost like slippers. I guess that is what they are supposed to be. December 23, 2012
First, let me say that these shoes are gorgeous. I purchased these shoes a half size larger since I know that Donald J Pliner shoes can run a little small. When I received them and tried them on, they were snug, but I thought that they would be fine. I wore them to go shopping (yes, probably a big mistake) and by the end of the night my feet hurt. Do not buy these shoes if you have wide feet. And, if you do purchase these shoes (as I said, they are gorgeous) you may want to consider buying one full size up. I think I will give these shoes to my daughter ... December 8, 2012
