The item arrived with tangled chain. I'm disappointed because didn't expect such bad quality control at Neiman Marcus store. Also returning was a headache. Ms. Maud who assisted me wasn't friendly. On my request to staple my return papers, she offered me the stapler with no staples. She was ignorant and completely ignored me. I needed to call the manager who completed my return. Wish NM train its staff better. January 29, 2013
