I got in a S size. The arm hole is little bit big but it's ok for me. Quility is awesome and color is beautiful. It's perfect for summer ! It you want more fitted look,you'd better size down at least one size. February 16, 2013

I love Equipment blouses, and this one is no exception! The short sleeve works so well with blazers, sweaters, or cardigans for a polished look, and equally fun in warm weather with bare arms. The shirt is a little longer than you might expect, but it's part of the style (and you can tuck it in). The Cayenne color is so bright and fun!!! December 22, 2012
