Out of the box, I LOVED this bag! Very attractive and stylish. My husband even said it was 'a good looking bag' (unheard of). Unfortunately it is too small [yes, I checked the measurements before buying]. I have another Javits bag very close to this size, and love it, but the way the straps go through the grommets limit your access. Also, the bag doesn't sit squarely on the feet like my other Javits bags. It leans backwards onto the leather and looks defective. :-[ Regretably sending it back... January 3, 2013
