Although the shoe is labeled 9M, the width measurement, will only accomodate a narrow foot. There are several problems with this flat. The toe box should be deeper and wider.There is overcrowding in the toe box and wearing this flat becomes very painful. the sole is badly constructed and appears to be stamped out from the narrowest of measurements, We need to go back to well constructed soles patterned from the natural foot rather than drawn by an artist or designer. These flats by Jack Rogers could be a popular item if they were better fitting. The quality is good, styles are classic, materials great quality, ornamentation good.....but the fit, poor. Love this shoe! I find that it fits true to size. However, if you have a wider foot, ordering a half size up is probably a good idea, as this shoe is a true medium width. December 2, 2012

I ordered this shoe for office wear. I am a true 9.5 and ordered a size up as I will be wearing hose with this shoe. It fits more like a narrow size 9. Am disappointed as this cute on trend shoe would have been perfect for autumn. Will have to send back. October 31, 2012
