I ordered this scarf online and was very disappointed with the item received. The picture depicts a full lux scarf, however the scarf is "thin" in width and thickness. The fur is very soft, but the scarf is over priced for the quality received. It seems like something you can find for less in another department store. I am very unhappy in having to return this item but it just doesn't measure up to the quality that I usually receive from NM. January 2, 2013
