The style and quality of these John Varvatos shoes were excellent. Though the "fit" of the shoes were as though they were custom made, the Last was unfortunately twisted on one shoe (as pointed out to me by a Cobbler before I wore them anywhere.) Last Call handled the problem with exceptional professionalism--thus the 5 star rating. If you can find these shoes, without the flaw I experienced, there is no doubt they are beautiful, artisan handcrafted Italian shoes. September 17, 2012
