Three of the likens were undone, the necklace was three separate pieces, I had to put them together and close the likes. Also it had two little nicks on the hammered matte golden metal. I was unpleasantly suppressed, it is not the kind of quality I have become to e3xpect from Neiman Marcus. February 16, 2013
