Admittedly, these run small, but they are fabulous and at this price, unbelievable! Since there is only one size left (same as mine) I can say if you run a true size 2, the 38 will fit. I am tall (5'9) and they are perfect. Best if you are not real curvy, straight and slim is the perfect body type. This is the second pair I have purchased.
