I LOVE this skirt. It has become one of the favorite fashion staples in my wardrobe. Whenever I wear it I receive so many compliments . Furthermore, I am a size 14-16, 165 lbs, athletic body but lean toward full in the hips. My selection was a size 14 and the fit is perfect. What's more, height-wise, I am 5' 10 and the length was just right, mini ,but not micro mini. Initially, when I ordered the skirt. the distinct Zebra print concerned me because of my full hips, But, to my delight, the fabric is pieced together in such an artistic manner as to create a very desirable, straight yet sliming effect. Additionally, the unique frayed-edge style of the waist band and front paneling pieces make the skirt stand out as very much a designer style garment. The coloring of the design is black and cream, not white. The cream color really makes the skirt stand out and against the black it makes it pop. As a result, it gives it a more high-end fashion appearance. The garment is soft yet structured. Specifically, the fabric is made up of flax and linen combination. The quality is nice but it fits really large in the waist and hips. Thank goodness I purchased this on sale. I went ahead and wore it once because it wasn't worth the time for me to return it. June 25, 2012
