About Magnanni: In 1954, Sebastian Blanco Aldomar opened a small shoemakers' workshop on the first floor of his house in Almansa, Spain. Today, Magnanni is still a family business run by Sebastian's son and grandchildren and is still based in Almansa. Very nice shoe, look & style. Only grip I have is the shoe fits too big. You definitely need to go down 1/2 - 1 size for it to fit perfectly. I didn't realize there was a return date deadline, since I missed the cutoff date to return & gave them away. However, if I do decide to buy another pair, definitely go down a 1/2 size! Very stylish shoe, more narrow than the pic but you can wear in office w/a dressy look, slacks, etc or dress up w/some designer jeans. April 30, 2013

These shoes are very long and pointed- way more so than shown in the pictures, due to the angle of the photos. They are too fashion forward for the office, and I would only consider these for a night out at a club. That's how pointed they are. Also, while the shoes appear to well made, they reeked of paint/turpentine coming out of the box. July 11, 2012
