I received this bag today. I was so excited to unwrap the paper. From everything I checked so carefully, the dimensions, the reviews, the way it opens, etc. I was totally caught off guard by the size of this bag! The 13" wide really doesn't apply to this bag. The lamb shearling makes this bag very large. I am a petite woman #5'4"# and with all of the lamb shearling it's made this bag larger than its real dimensions. I was so ready for love....I'm sorry to say it has to be returned. It is one gorgeous bag, however! April 16, 2013

It's a fun bag. I think it is a less than 7" drop. Not a big deal, but, if you wear a coat, you may not be able to wear this bag on your shoulder. March 15, 2013
