This handbag is beautiful and elegant. Just like pictured. The gold tones are not too shiny, but shinny enough to give the purse a classy look. The only comment I have is that the shoulder/cross body strap is a bit long even adjusted at the last setting, at least for me as I am only 5'6" and the top handles are not long enough for the shoulder especially over a coat. I decided to shorten the shoulder strap at a professional shop, but not sure how expensive that may be. If you don't care about the shoulder strap adjustment, than don't let anything hold you for purchasing this beauty. February 18, 2013
