I would have preferred this item to be 100% cashmere. The fabric is pretty, but I could only give this three stars. The front of the cape is quite slimming and it looks great on. However, the back of the cape is short, and I mean really short. It was above my waist and I am only 5' 4" tall. I was quite disappointed this cape did not cover my rear end...It's really more like a shawl with a button front. January 4, 2013

This is a great piece. The wool and cashmere blend has a nice weight to it and the grey is a wardrobe basic that will work with so much. This is the first poncho that I've purchased that has buttons.
