This might be the perfect sweater. Modern, simple and luxuriously soft. The neckline is flattering and perfect for a necklace or scarf. But the most amazing aspect of this sweater is the generous cut at the waist. It's slim enough to create a chic silhouette, but roomy enough to hide your "lumps and bumps" so you can feel totally comfortable and yet look very elegant. The diagonal hemline is also a major plus. I have large hips and wide bottom--which is all hidden, but I don't like it when the top looks like a long tunic or dress. The diagonal corrects that--and at the same time gives it a very contemporary feel. I am actually thinking about buying another one in gray (I have the black), because I literally wear this sweater ALL the time. It's my "go to" sweater on cooler days. I've worn it over nice pants with low-cut boots, and I've worn it over jeans with loafers. I've even worn it with a fabulous knit pencil skirt. It's one of my favorite things--definitely worth every penny!! October 19, 2012

This piece is so nice, I had to buy it twice!!! I loved the camel color one I had previously purchased so much, I searched to see if it was available in black. Happily, it was so I bought it right away. I wanted to take a chance as the size large was a little too large but I was afraid. This is a piece for a relaxed look so if it runs a bit too large I can always take it in. The cashmere is so soft and the quality is excellent. I would recommend this to others. January 2, 2013

The photo doesn't show that the asymmetric hem points to the right on the front, and to the left on the back -- much better than just a dip on the right side. Body is cut wide and swingy, and for a petite, it's like a poncho with sleeves. Neckline is nice and slouchy, almost like a boatneck. Could have used tighter, longer sleeves, but, the price, I can live with it. November 10, 2012
