I am a medium, typically, and ordered a medium. This sweater is true to size and fits me nicely. I wouldn't say the cashmere scratches, but it is not real soft like other cashmere I have purchased from other designers/stores. I will have to see how it wears over time to determine if I would purchase again. I think I paid a fair price for the quality as I bought during a 30 or 40% off sale. November 10, 2012
