I expected this to be silimar to a longchamp bag, but not even close. Agree with other reviews that the handles were terribly cheap quality like i would expect from a free bag given when you order a magazine. The padding was odd, like a baby bag. I can't picture using this for anything as an adult so I gave it to my niece to carry around shoes and gym clothes. September 12, 2012

Yes the black strap is ugly but I would probably not use it anyway. The leather handles are just the right length to carry the bag over a shoulder. It's a good bag at the sale price and I am very happy with it. I would not recommend it as a diaper bag and it is not intended for that purpose. September 11, 2012

Disappointed.. Handles and zipper pulls and pocket binding are very poor quality. Description states they are leather. I find that hard to believe. I would not expect that from NM. September 1, 2012

I bought this to use as my school bag. (I am a teacher and always have lots of papers to bring home.) It is a great size. There are a few pockets inside. The only thing that I did not like about it is the shoulder strap is black. I wish that it matched the brown. I just took it off, so problem solved! August 29, 2012

This bag is a little larger than I thought it would be. It is nylon and slightly padded, so it looks and feels more like a diaper bag than a fashionable tote.When it had just a few small items in it, it did not retain it's shape. The shoulder strap is not leather---not sure why it is called TWILL but it is not an attractive shoulder strap. I have to say, I was expecting more and was disappointed in the quality and look of this bag. August 20, 2012
