This belt measures 1 3/8" wide and 43" long (the same length as my other size 36 belts.) it fits true to size. I usually wear a 1 1/4" wide belt and found this one too wide for dress trousers. It is made in China of a rather stiff leather that I find to be more appropriate to wear with jeans. It's not a bad belt and sale priced so I plan to keep it for that purpose. January 3, 2013
I am extremely happy with my purchase of this belt. It is a little wider that my old belts, but I realize that I should have been purchasing better quality belts in the past. Just by feeling the quality of the leather and workmanship of the belt you can tell that this belt will last for years. I have been wearing this belt since early spring and it doesn't show any marks on it yet!! I would definitely recommend this belt to everyone. It's very nice quality and looks expensive. Too wide for a modern suit. Also runs one size too short. If you wear size 32 pants, you'll need to get this belt in size 36. Decent quality. November 9, 2012
