Beautiful idea. But the reality not so great. The bodice (top) should have been made of the same material as the skirt. The skirt is of a beautiful light cotton, but the clingy material on top makes it impossible to wear in warm/hot weather. Hmmmm Strap/underearm badly designed. December 21, 2012
You MUST be tall to wear this dress, I am not tall enough and was completely overwhelmed by fabric. Overall the dress is very nice, soft flowy fabric and the fuchsia is very vibrant... But the torso was too long on me I considered having it tailored, but the skirt - there was just too much material, it was too substantial, too puffy too much for me to carry off.. I'm 5'4" -114lbs, and I got a S/4 - sizing down would not have helped, so I returned the dress July 21, 2012
I first ordered a med. and had to return the dress for a small. The dress does not run true to size. However I love the dress. What a fun dress to wear. June 22, 2012
