Status update on purchase was outstanding. However, had to return Watch Case and Strip as it was much too large or my wrist. Sought assistance from Willow Bend staff who helped me repackage the items for mailing and exchange for smaller face and strip to Irving location. Spoke with Irving Rep. and was advised small face in mother of pearl along with a green leather skin strip was available for exchange. Items mailed back 1/28 for exchange. Looking forward to receiving smaller face and strip. I love the watch January 28, 2013
