Love the bag itself and received many compliments, but like the other R&J bag i purchased at the same time and cannot return because i tried to make it work.. the strap it comes with is way too long - with it on the purse comes to about my knees or lower (and I am 5'4")! - very sad about that. Would have appreciated if it were an adjustable strap atleast. And you can ofcourse use it without the strap, as pictured above, however its almost useless because if you put anything in to fill the bag, thats heavier than, say a wallet keys and cell phone, it pops open very easily when holding the handle. SO you're walking around with an open bag, easy target. Sigh Needless to say, i'll go back to sticking with what i always do - trying before buying, online shopping for bags, unless you've seen them first is too much of a risk, especially when you have to pay for shipping back the item. A great looking bag but poorly designed to the point of being unusable. Because of how the handles are attached, if you put anything heavier than a Kleenex in the bag, the weight causes the flap to fly open and your stuff to go everywhere. I gave it to consignment. Very disappointing. June 22, 2012
