Really a great boot for the price. The construction is of very high quality, the leather is quite nice, and the fit is spot-on (I have slightly narrow feet.) They look perfect with jeans as well as dress slacks. Also, I often have a problem with higher-shaft booties rubbing against my legs and irritating them, but I don't have that problem with these. I am happy with my purchase--they have quickly become my go-to boot for running errands on busy days. December 12, 2012

Huge disappointment! Stiff leather and very awkward fitting. Not the high quality comfortable (and less expensive) Sesto Meucci boots I used to own 8 years ago. December 10, 2012

I bought these from NM last winter. I wore them maybe a dozen times and the zipper on the left boot broke. Very disappointing, I will look into getting the zipper repaired as these are lovely boots and are unwearable otherwise. As for the comfort levels, these are lacking. The foot bed is hard and has absolutely no cushioning, these boots start hurting after abut an hour of wear. November 29, 2012
