Got these in both the whiskey & black. I first ordered my normal size 9, however, they were short so I sent back for a 91/2, and they are big. I ended up buying heel liners to take up some of the extra space, but they still slip on my heel. Aside from this, they are also really uncomfortable on the ball of my feet after a couple hours of wear. I am keeping, though, because they are really cute. Stupid, I know, but the things we do for fashion!!! I'll just wear them when I know I'll mostly be sitting. Customer Service was really helpful in the return process. October 19, 2012
