The photo is a bit decieving here. This heart on this earring is stamped out of a piece of metal so that it is hollowed out on the back side. The photo seems like the pattern is engraved into the surface, or more refined than the actual stamping process looks. The back side of the earring is not very attractive looking, but since they are heavy they would not flip around easily. (They are a tad on the heavy side.) The color of the metal is darker and browner than he gold tones shown in the photo. I still like the earrings, but only at the sale price! They do not fit with the quality you would expect with the original price! March 6, 2013
Not pleased with the actual earrings after receiving them and actually ended up returning them. Looked much prettier online. December 16, 2012
