These earrings are a perfect "dangle" length for older ears (1 1/2" works well) and the dyed pearls make them go with my pale pink summer outfits well. The pink is very pale which might not work for some, but is perfect for my barely pink outfits. If they were any brighter pink the outfits would look dull next to the earrings. As it is, they look wonderful together and each hold their own. I'm getting over my snobby feeling about dyed pearls. They add a lot to clothes. April 18, 2013
