I saw these on ebay and couldn't wait to get them b/c I didnt want the standard overrated ever so popular military boot. this definitely compliments the younger crowd. I have large calves and i adjusted the belt and the zipper to 3/4 and it fit perfect. the only downside is the main reason why i deducted a star is b/c I wore these w/out socks and the back of the interior rubbed against the side of my heel and gave me a bad BLISTER! but that was my fault. I LEARNED TO ALWAYS WEAR SOCKS!!! November 13, 2012

These are very attractive soft leather but I can't get my foot into them. They are super narrow under the belt on the instep. I have a high arch so maybe that is the problem. I am returning them. October 27, 2012

Let me start by saying I own Frye boots and these are a great alternative at a much lower price. The fit is pretty true to size although I did purchase a 1/2 size up as I want to wear thicker socks. Great quality and value! October 16, 2012
