The boot color was gorgeous, and it fit my calves well, however unlike some of the other boots in this line, the sizing is true to form. I had to exchange for a half size larger which is my true size. Some of the newer boots in this line do run large but not this boot December 8, 2012

Beautiful boot, and very comfortable relative to the heel height. The height of this boot is 15.5" from the top of the heel, not 15.5" including the heel. I was worried because my calves are relatively short, so I have a hard time finding boots that don't extend over the knee. However, these are so comfortably form fitting throughout the boot shaft that even though they reach beyond the calf they still look great. Stuart Weitzman is one of my favorite brands because of the quality and comfort of the fit. October 13, 2012

Love these boots. I have them in black and slate. Great price. Arrived looking like they'd been in the box too long but cleaned up nicely with the suede brush provided. Comfortable, great heel height and true to size. October 6, 2012

These dress boots are so fabulous I bought the black and the slate! The style is great, but that's easy to see from the pics. It's the fit that really puts these boots over the top. For those of you who struggle to find a boot that isn't super loose around your calfs and ankles, these boots might be just what you have been looking for. They fit nice and tight all the way up (even the ankles are nicely shaped and tapered instead of that unflattering, shapeless boot "tube" you see so often) but yet, because of the ample stretch in the suede, were very easy to take on and off. The suede is soft and lovely. I only wish that the heel wasn't covered in suede and instead had a stacked wood heel as i anticipate wearing these boots a lot and the heel will likely take a beating, but I am sure my shoe guy can repair the occasional mar. Allin all, fabulous boots!!!!! October 3, 2012
