These looked great online, and I was really excited to receive them. However, in person, they look really cheap. The leather is not soft. In fact, when I got them, the leather was extremely wrinkly. Another note, the shaft of the boot fit a little strange. If you have larger calves, these boots may not fit properly. December 21, 2012
I was so excited to get theses boots but was terribly disappointed when I received. They don't look like an expensive boot in person. They are so uncomfortable, and I am someone who will wear uncomfortable boots if they look good. They hit right in the middle of my knee cap - and it just sort of hurt. I returned them. Very narrow in the calves! I feel that these will give enough for them to be comfortable in that respect. Otherwise it is a well made and sleek brown boot with a wedge that makes you feel elevated an sophisticated. I paired mine with black leggings and layered with a long white tank under a grey slouchy sweatshirt and I felt so put-together wearing these boots today. Great purchase! The shoe is very attractive, very well constructed with beautifull, strong leather! The heel is very walkable, and unlike other wedge boots I've tried, the leather transitions well and does not bunch when I walk. The calves are tighter around than other shoes, so runners, be wary. Otherwise, they are beautiful, classic boots that will last several seasons October 22, 2012
LUV THIS BOOT Finally a high heel you can walk in! The wedge heel is VERY comfortable. VERY soft leather. Only problem is the shaft run narrow. I have average size legs/calves and had to go up 1/2 size just to get the shaft to fit my calves. But I bought them anyway! October 21, 2012
