I was looking for a good looking black flat to wear with trousers at work and one of my friends had recommended I look at Taryn Rose shoes (aren't we all tired of pretty-but-really-uncomfortable shoes???). From the minute I put these on, I felt like they were little pillows for my feet. High quality materials and construction (including comfy toe box)were a given, but I was particularly struck by both how light they felt and how fabulous the cushioning is. Honestly, I walked down the hall and told two of my work colleagues to go check them out (we'd just had a discussion the day before about uncomfortable shoes). Not only will I wear these with trousers at work, but they will be a fabulous shoe to wear to walk around a city like NYC or San Francisco and not have a giant tourist sign over your heard.
