This dress is great - I ordered a size 10 and the fit is perfect. I am 5ft 7in, 150 pounds and have a 36F chest - so it's important to find a dress that gives some flex and doesn't make me look big. This skims the body but doens't hug too closely. It hits a few inches above the knee but paired with black tights and boots, it's totally office appropriate. Also, it's incredibly comfortable EXCEPT for the zipper detail on the back. The zipper is not lined on the inside so the metal scratches against your back. I had to wear a tank top underneath to prevent it from irritating the skin (hence I docked 1 star). Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review. Also - I love the 3/4 sleeves - I am so tired of no or short sleeves on dresses for the office where temperatures are typically 68 degrees. March 13, 2013
