Mine just arrived, loved them, although I should have bought 9.5 instead of 9, these shoes are not on the bigger side, so if you use pumps 9.5 like me, stick to it. I'm in Canada and had to pay 28$ from customs fee, so I won't exchange it, will try to stretch a bit. The heel is excellent to go to work! April 28, 2013

I read the reviews and everyone gave it a 5 star rating. One of the comments stated it ran a little big, so I ordered a 7.5. When it arrived, it was a little too small.
