It sounds as though sizing is not consistent on these as I'm a 6 - always - and these are big on me. I kept them because I was worried the 5 1/2 would sell out before I got this pair returned but I wish I had. I will wear them but they feel as though they could fall off and my foot moves significantly while wearing them. However I LOVE these boots -great quality- great color - they probably are a little narrow as others have noted, but for me that's perfect. They will not stretch as they are hard-ish at the toe, very formed. The leather is awesome. Amazing price as I've been dying for these all season but didn't want to spend the $$$$ - so glad I waited and found them here!! January 10, 2013

The material is beautiful with the suede and pebbled leather juxtaposition. The construction looks solid, though I haven't worn them yet to give them the true test. It's a substantial boot that looks really quality. The only thing is, it runs small. I have small feet (sz. 5) and ordered a half size up and still literally had to yank the boot off my foot using both hands, lying down. January 6, 2013

I LOVE these boots. Had been eyeing them elsewhere but they didn't have my size so was thrilled to find them here... And for less! Leather is shaped and firm around the foot so I don't think they will stretch and fit is important. I had tried on a half size smaller and half size larger elsewhere and neither would work well, even with thicker socks. But the correct size is perfect for me. They have good arch support and feel very solid when walking. Color may have a hint of greenish tint in the right light, but a better descriptive for color is brown - chocolate suede on top and oiled leather on bottom. Have worn them twice, all day long and they are super comfy. January 2, 2013
