I read reviews of this shoe on multiple websites before making my purchase and I followed the advice of some reviewers to go a half size up. I'm glad that I selected an 8.5 as opposed to an 8 because the shoe is indeed a bit on the narrow/small side. The shoes are fairly comfortable out of the box and I suspect that it won't take long to break them in. I'm quite pleased with this purchase overall. March 27, 2013
