Here is my situation with boots. I ordered a size 7. TOO BIG! Felt like size 8. Sent back. Ordered 6-1/2. Right foot felt a bit narrow. Back they go. Afterward, I thought "Why Didn't I Have That Boot Stretched???." Alas, I was left haunted as I LOVED these boots. One day as I'm searching, I come across another size 6-1/2. Grabbed them. When these arrived, OMG! Both left and right foot felt perfect. I've worn them 2 full days and 2 partial day. No break-in time needed. Now they feel like they were custom made for me. All worth the initital frustation. CAN BEAT THE PRICE : ) April 20, 2013

Well I read the other reviews about these boots and they all leaned toward getting a smaller size. I am very upset because I went down one size(even though I could have ordered my size). The boots arrived and I can't get my foot into them. They are far too narrow and run small. I have the perfect size 7 foot, but now I don't have these lovely boots that I was longing to own. My size is completely gone and I have to return these. I am heartbroken :( :( very sad day. Hopefully someone else may return a pair in my size, but I don't think I will get that lucky. After reading all the reviews about fit issues I went with a full size smaller than what I usually wear and the boots fit perfectly. I really like the distressed blue color. They are perfect to wear with jeans. February 23, 2013

I had to double check size as they felt too big. They were a size 7 which I ordered. I compared bottoms with a similar pair not Vintage and it seems they were a size larger. Width was same. So undecided as I love the style and color. February 13, 2013

sadly had to return them. Based on the other feedback, I went smaller. I usually wear size 8, but LC was out of size 7, so I got a 7.5...but still too big. Not sure if these are designed to look a bit sloppy and rough/distressed" but the seams were curled up and I could see the color of raw tan leather, which seemed strange and a bit sloppy in the finishing quality. I like distressed leather, but I didn't care for that detail. So not sure if it was intentionally made that way, but I will continue my search for some boots. February 3, 2013

They do run large but they are soooo comfortable. I ended up going a whole size smaller & they are not tight at all. I've been getting compliments every time I wear them! Great price/great deal/great boot! January 18, 2013

Immediately cute. And immediately waaaay too big, or, having then ordered a second time in two sizes down, the smallest size fit and the larger did not. This was so wacko that I decided that the one that fit might not feel so good over time .... like a hidden defect. Sent them both back. January 2, 2013

Now here's a boot that's MADE in USA. I purchased size 8 1/2 because I like to wear thick socks on my boots, but it's 2 sizes too big. The upper leather is soft and the blue color will go with all your denim jeans. I'm not sure if I will re-order because of the sizing issue I've had with all the shoes that I've bought on this site so far. But nonetheless, love the quality and workmanship of this boot.
